These are cast iron based alloyed with Nickel, Chromium and Molybdenum having a matrix of pearlite and carbide with flake graphite. These rolls are used primarily for section Rolling. The material has very good thermal properties coupled with property of imparting good surface finish to the product. These rolls show rich and deep layer of chill with minimal fall in hardness. These rolls are also available in higher hardness range where the matrix is Bainitic instead of Pearlitic and are used in finishing stands of rod mill.

Furnace Capacity : 0.500 kg to 3000 kg.
Production Capacity : 120 tones per months.
Process : Molesis sand moulding.
Heat Schedule : 4 heat a weak.
In-house Facility : Short Blasting & Fateling.
Processed Metal : Cast iron casting 20 to 25 grade.

Cast Iron Impeller

We manufacture cast iron impellers using cast iron casting as well. These impellers with powerful shafts are used in the pumps, machines, tanks, etc.

Valve Casting

Our range of valve casting are designed, inspection and test.The connection: ASME/ ANSI B16.5, ASME/ ANSI B16.25. The temperature goes from 29ºC to 121ºC. With through conduit or non-through conduit, lock device, extended stem, sealant injection fittings, etc.

Valve Body

High quality cast iron casting is used to manufacture valve bodies that give high performance. They can be given any shape and size as per clients’ discretion.
